the dominated have a right to question if their {authority} is legitimate. a common violation is between employer and employee, or wage labour. we should be able to put the burden of proof on the employer to prove they are legitimate.
taking action instead of asking. if a rural house needs water, an anarchist will dig a well and not petition the state.
