this wiki is a platform to record ideas, thoughts and concepts in a public forum (see permacomputing).
doing so provides a way to force more complete thoughts to the page.
i use a note-system that works well in the terminal. page linking is done by maintaining-backlinks. afterwords a script compiles it into a static site.
