the routine changes based on what i am focused on at given time.

i try to focus on doing one thing at a time.

doing hard things is also top of mind. i never want to feel like something being hard will stop me form trying.

i try to make time to keep my notes up to date. this provides a platform for me to think my thoughts. when i do this i also find new ideas come to mind.
